AI Buyer Experience Report Campaign

In an era where AI is reshaping the consumer landscape, Invoca required a flagship research initiative to establish market authority. I led the creative orchestration for this global campaign, transforming raw survey data from US and UK markets into a sophisticated, multi-channel brand experience.

My primary objective was to move beyond a static PDF. I developed a core-and-satellite design framework that allowed us to launch a flagship report alongside 8 distinct industry-specific versions simultaneously. By engineering this modular system, I enabled the team to deliver highly personalized content for sectors like Healthcare and Automotive without increasing the production timeline. I also strategically integrated AI-generative tools to create avatar-led videos and podcast-style assets, ensuring the research reached our audience through diverse, high-engagement mediums.

The Problem

Invoca needed to solidify its position as an authority in AI-driven conversational intelligence. The challenge was twofold: we had to transform a massive dataset into a compelling narrative, and we had to scale that narrative across 8 distinct vertical markets—including Healthcare, Automotive, and Finance—without doubling the production timeline.

The Strategy

I established a Modular Creative Framework that allowed for simultaneous multi-vertical scaling. My goal was to create a "core-and-satellite" design system where the flagship report set the visual standard, while industry-specific versions were produced with high efficiency using a template ecosystem I designed for the ABM (Account-Based Marketing) teams.

Business Impact

I engineered a design operations workflow that allowed for the rapid generation of over 50 unique campaign assets. By establishing a flexible template system for our Account-Based Marketing teams, I reduced the time required for A/B test iterations by 50%.

Phase 1 — Recieve and review project brief

I partnered with the research and content teams to identify "high-signal" data points. I directed the visual hierarchy to ensure that the most impactful AI insights were immediately digestible for executive-level readers.

Phase 2: Vertical Scaling & Design Ops

To manage the delivery of 8 separate reports, I engineered a modular layout system. This empowered the creative team to swap industry-specific data and imagery rapidly while maintaining 100% brand consistency.

Phase 3: Multimedia Innovation & AI Integration

I led the exploration of AI-powered content delivery. By directing the production of AI avatar videos and podcast-style assets, we transformed a static PDF into a dynamic, multi-sensory experience that increased prospect dwell-time across our digital channels.

Phase 4: Sales Enablement & PR Orchestration

I oversaw the creation of "Day Zero" kits for our PR and Sales teams. By providing pre-packaged social tiles, pitch decks, and executive summaries, I ensured the organization could leverage the research the moment it launched.

The Results

Operational Scale

Successfully delivered 8 industry-specific reports and over 50 supporting assets in a single launch cycle.

Innovation Leadership

Achieved record-high dwell-time on digital assets through the implementation of AI-avatar video content.

Market Validation

Brand recognizability and equiping our go-to-market team

Market Impact

“Invoca’s 2025 Buyer Experience Report confirms what many brands are already sensing: AI is part of the sales and support process now—but it doesn’t replace trust.”
