Deltapath Switchboard

I oversaw the revamp of Deltapath Switchboard, a web-based user interface for call management, and spearheaded the overall functionality and look. In this project, I created wireframe demos of platform functionality for the engineering team, designed the new logo and platform background, as well as iconography, ensuring a cohesive and modern look and feel for our users.

This project underwent a comprehensive process to ensure successful implementation. This included collaborating with the team of developers and engineers to conduct brainstorming sessions to understand user needs, iterating through wireframes, and creating hi-fidelity mockups to guide platform development.
