Developed detailed user personas and mapped existing user flows to identify friction points in the current meeting experience. Researched and pitched the innovative QR code meeting access solution as a way to eliminate traditional login barriers, presenting this concept to stakeholders as a differentiating feature that would embody the brand's promise of effortless connectivity.
Phase 3 — Design Development & User Experience Architecture
Created comprehensive wireframes and high-fidelity mockups for the redesigned virtual meeting setup flow, ensuring intuitive navigation and seamless user journeys. Developed detailed interaction specifications and visual designs that balanced the new brand aesthetic with functional usability requirements, preparing thorough documentation for engineering handoff.
