Marketing Data Mystery — Campaign
I partnered with our customer expansion manager to develop an engaging interactive quiz that brought our "Marketing Data Mystery" campaign theme to life. This strategic assessment tool was designed to qualify and route prospects based on their specific needs and knowledge level.
The quiz experience guided users through a series of revealing questions about their marketing data practices, with each answer carefully weighted to determine their optimal next steps. For prospects who selected primarily "A" responses—indicating familiarity with Invoca's solution—the quiz intelligently directed them to advanced blog content featuring deeper product capabilities and use cases. All other result combinations triggered a personalized call-to-action to schedule a demonstration, creating a streamlined path to conversion.
Designing this experience in Figma allowed me to map out the complex decision trees and visualization options before bringing everything to life in Ceros. The technical implementation presented an exciting challenge, requiring me to leverage Ceros SDK scripting to ensure accurate result calculation and proper user routing. This blend of creative design and technical problem-solving resulted in an interactive asset that not only engaged prospects but efficiently qualified leads based on their specific needs and knowledge level.
Along with the quiz, I also spearheaded the storyboarding and art direction for our animated video ad that we created for Automotive News. I also handled all the After Effects work to bring it to life. This project was part of our fun "Marketing Data Mystery" campaign aimed at the automotive industry. We wanted to shake things up a bit - after all, who expects a mystery theme at an automotive conference? That's exactly why we went for it! The unexpected angle really helped us grab attention in a space where marketing can get pretty predictable.
Lastly we went with the same campaign theme to attend HCIC (The Premier Conference for Healthcare Marketers and Digital Leaders). Our designs made for lasting impressions since you wouldn't think to be a detective at a healthcare conference. I designed the banner, backdrop, and booth board, along with other marketing collateral (pamphlet insert).

eBook — The Ultimate Guide to Conversation Intelligence
My design process for this comprehensive ebook began with strategic wireframing to determine the optimal presentation of content provided by our marketing team. I focused on creating an engaging reader experience through thoughtful information architecture and intuitive navigation patterns. A standout feature includes progress indicators within the navigation system, allowing readers to easily track completed chapters and identify remaining content—enhancing the overall user experience.
After securing stakeholder approval on wireframes and user flow, I developed detailed mockups incorporating our brand color palette and custom illustrations. Both wireframing and mockup phases utilized Figma's collaborative features, streamlining feedback collection and enabling efficient prototyping. With approved designs in hand, I transitioned to building the interactive experience in Ceros, bringing illustrations to life through subtle animation and implementing responsive motion graphics throughout the navigation elements and content transitions. The final product was meticulously optimized for seamless viewing across mobile, tablet, and desktop devices. Following its successful implementation, this ebook established a versatile template that we subsequently adapted for various vertical industry categories, including automotive, healthcare, and telecommunications sectors.

OKR Mini Videos
To celebrate teams exceeding their company OKRs, I developed a dynamic video storytelling approach that brought their achievements to life during our quarterly all-hands meetings. These engaging mini-documentaries not only highlighted key performance metrics but offered valuable insights into the innovative processes that drove team success, creating inspirational content that resonated across departments.
My streamlined production workflow began with outreach through Slack, where I invited team leads to volunteer their groups for feature opportunities. To ensure quality and maintain engagement, I provided clear guidance on crafting concise, impactful scripts and offered technical direction for their self-recorded segments. Once submissions arrived, I transformed these raw elements into polished presentations by designing custom graphic frames in Figma and creating professional title sequences and branded animated elements in After Effects. This comprehensive approach elevated simple team updates into compelling visual narratives that both celebrated achievements and shared valuable cross-functional insights with the entire organization.

Buyer Experience Interactive Benchmark Report
I developed this dynamic interactive report using the Ceros platform with a strategic focus on user engagement analytics. The project was specifically designed to capture valuable insights about reader behavior—tracking which elements captured attention longest, identifying the most compelling content sections, and measuring which call-to-action buttons generated the highest conversion rates.
Creating the animated data visualizations was very fun and maintained reader interest throughout the experience. The dynamic elements not only enhanced comprehension but significantly increased time spent with the content compared to traditional static pdf formats.
The report proved to be a versatile marketing asset with impressive reach across multiple channels. It served as the centerpiece of targeted Demandbase advertising campaigns (where I created several optimized variations), was referenced extensively in company blog content to drive traffic, and generated substantial engagement through strategic social media distribution. This multi-channel approach maximized the project's ROI while providing ongoing analytics that informed our broader content strategy.

eBook — The State of AI in B2C Digital Marketing
I designed this comprehensive 26-page ebook that dives into how AI is reshaping the B2C marketing world. "The 2025 State of AI in B2C Digital Marketing Report" shows just how much things have changed since our 2023 report—from shifting attitudes to new ways companies are using AI tools and spending their tech budgets.
I teamed up closely with our Director of Content Marketing, who handed over all the stats and copy I needed to bring this project to life. From there, I took the reins on the visual side—creating the overall look and feel while figuring out the most effective ways to visualize some data. My goal was to make the numbers tell a story that's easy to grasp at a glance.

The State of the Contact Center — Mini Site
This project aimed to create an interactive and visually engaging report that captures the perspectives of agents and managers on today's contact centers, remote work, and job satisfaction. Built in Ceros to capture reader data, the report features fun animations and interactive elements that enhance the user experience, making the report not only informative but also enjoyable to explore.
I had a blast working on this interactive piece and getting my hands dirty with motion graphics in the Ceros platform. It was super satisfying to see the animations bring data to life and watch how the interactive elements kept readers engaged instead of just scrolling through pages of static text. Playing around with different transitions and interactive visualizations really took the storytelling to another level—turning what could have been just another boring report into something that people actually wanted to click through and explore.

Social Media Videos and Animations
From crafting dynamic event promotion videos to visualizing complex report statistics, I bring Invoca's brand to life through motion and design. My work spans a diverse range of projects—from celebratory award announcements that capture attention to sophisticated campaign animations that tell compelling stories. Each piece I create is strategically designed to boost visibility and drive meaningful engagement across Invoca's primary social platforms: LinkedIn, Twitter/X, and Instagram.
My process thrives on cross-functional collaboration, bringing together insights from various marketing departments to create truly integrated visual solutions. By working closely with content teams to align messaging and partnering with customer marketing to spotlight success stories, I ensure every animation not only captivates viewers but also advances our broader marketing objectives. This collaborative approach has consistently produced content that resonates with our audience, resulting in measurable increases in view time, interaction rates, and conversion metrics that support Invoca's business goals.

Revenue Leadership Summit: New York Sizzle Reel
Invoca is hosting an exclusive event in New York, and to drive event registrations, I created two engaging invitation videos (aka "Sizzle Reels"). Both videos were sent out as posts from the CEO and CMO to leverage their online contacts. Due to the cinematic opening I created for the CMO's video, it's now prominently displayed on the event landing and registration page. My creative process involved stitching together b-roll footage from previous company events, sourcing stock visuals, music, and imagery. Collaborating closely with the Senior Corporate Communications Manager, I ensured the scripts were approved and was provided narration audio files from both the CEO and CMO. For the finishing touch, I utilized Adobe After Effects to craft dynamic CTA animations at the end of each video.

Collaborating with the company's PR team regarding the script. Pitching and laying out the overall vision and feel of the video through storyboarding. Sourcing video footage from previous company events, as well as stock b-roll. Using Adobe Premier to stitch the footage and audio. Using Adobe After Effects in designing and animating a CTA outro slide to drive attendees to request an invite.
